Shahvteeaylah (Shahv) Williams is a dedicated black illustrator, designer, and educator in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She earned her BFA in Illustration from the University of the Arts in 2021. In recognition of her work, she was awarded InLiquid’s Wind Fellowship in 2023, by a jury of esteemed curators and artists from the Greater Philadelphia area. Shahv is currently a member of the 2024 cohort of Mural Arts’ Philadelphia Fellowship for Black Artists.

As an educator, she teaches illustration to middle and high school students through Moore College of Art and Design’s Continuing Education department. She has recently taken on an additional role as an Adjunct Professor in the Animation & Game Arts Department.

In her professional practice, Shahv is eager to take on new projects and gain representation in the publishing and product development space. She is excited to collaborate with clients at every stage of the creative process—from initial concepts to final artwork—to bring their visions to life.
